Lunch - Sandwiches and left overs.
Dinner: Salmon with basil, onions and tomatoes, patty pan squash and garlic rolls.
Monday
Breakfast - Pancakes w/ homemade Rhubarb sauce
Lunch - Leftovers or the last of our mac and cheese
Dinner - Homemade Chicken Quinoa Soup
Tuesday
Breakfast - Granola & Fruit
Lunch - Sandwiches or left overs
Dinner - Beef & Zucchini Stir fry and Wild Rice
Wednesday
Breakfast - Granola & Fruit
Lunch - Sandwiches (we'll be traveling this day)
Dinner - Crockpot Beef and Veggies with mashed garlic potatoes
Thursday
Breakfast - Eggs & Sausage (homegrown)
Lunch - Soup & Salad
Dinner - Baked chicken (homegrown), Wild Rice and Steamed veggies
Friday - (this is a day that I normally am out of the house the majority of the day)
Breakfast- Granola and Cereal
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner - Orange Chicken, Rice and Baked Zucchini
Saturday - (this is my shopping day for Farmer's Market and fresh foods)
Breakfast - Pancakes with Homemade Rhubarb and Cherry topping
Lunch - Leftovers or sometimes we eat at the Farmer's Market
Dinner - Tilapia - steamed fresh veggies and garlic toast
